My Oh My ...
So you're the one who has my old radio.
That "bugger" was just that.... My wife was SO JEALOUS of the time I spent
on my Ham Radio that
she had that little "bug" wired in to my TS-430 so she could listen in from
the phone across the street.
I found out when the neighbors started complaining too.
Hope this helps.

Subject: [Kenwood] Info Needed on TS 430
Hello Folks,
While attempting to remove an Inrad filter from my Kenwood TS 430 to put it
back to orig. performance I ran across another non Kenwood board.
It is small PC board about 1.25" X 2" with 2 IC's, 1 what appears to be a
Mosfet, 5 disk caps and a few resistors. It was held toward the back of the
radio by bent over terminals, it has several "telephone type" wires hooked
to the main circuit board.
The only markings on it are, Out, IN and VCC. Does anyone have any idea
what this bugger is?
Thanks,
