Gentlemen,

I have put this list on total moderation temporarily until I am sure that 
this thread is dead.  While the discussion itself is relevant, and many 
have posted helpful and courteous replies, it has degenerated considerably 
and I think there is little left to be said.  If anyone does have something 
really useful and constructive to say, please post it and I'll allow it 
through.  Other messages will also be delayed.   Oh, I have removed one 
person from the list for totally inappropriate and unacceptable 
behavior.  If you really can't figure it out, let me know. :-)

Now back to discussion concerning all things Kenwood related in the best 
spirit of amateur radio. . . .
