I thought I would not say anything further about this. However, let me
salute those who have addressed this issue like fine gentlemen,  without
resorting to personal attacks and name calling. Irrespective of the status
of this particular issue,  we have learned a lot about copyright and about
related ethics. Even if copyright laws may not apply in this case, it is
always nice to know if what we might consider doing is ethical or not.
