[Kenwood] ts940sat low tx power

I would be interested in knowing if any other ts940-sat users have =
experienced low tx power.
Worked normaly for quite a time,and then with no aparent cause,can now =
only get 15 watts at most(all modes) using randam long wire, using g5rv =
lucky to get 3 watts.
Meter readings on tx as follows.
Ic           aprox 14 a
Vc         aprox 28 v
Power  0 reading
ALC     0 reading.
All suggestions would be gratefully rxd.I am very new to using =
transistorised txs.
