The times this has happened to me (not with a 570, don't have one) it was
caused by RF in the shack. Try a dummy load, or at least a different
antenna, check your ground, and wind the DC power cord together to reduce
its surface pickup area. 
This should tell you if it is RF getting into the power supply.
