[Kenwood] TS-520S Transmit Problems

I have an intermittent transmit problem with my
TS-520S.  Periodically, when I am operating SSB, I
lose transmit power.  While the microphone button is
depressed and the meter is in the ALC position, the
meter needle, along with the watt meter on my MFJ
antenna tuner, drop slowly to zero.  If I switch over
to CW and turn on the send switch, I get the full 100
watts out with no problems and no fading, so I don't
think there are any problems with the finals.  I have
the service manual and have been looking over the
schematics.  I am wondering if the problem could be a
failing RL-1 control relay or RL-2 final relay?  If I
let the radio sit for a few minutes, I can key the mic
and get normal output levels, at least for a few
minutes.  The problem seems to be getting gradually
worse.

Has anyone else had a similar problem?  Any
suggestions for what I should do next?  If it is
likely that it is one of these relays, does anyone
know where I can buy replacements?
