[Kenwood] TS-850 Problem Update

The problem has been solved and the rig is back in working order. I found a
tiny bit more corrosion on the board which was removed.  When I installed
the battery in its new remotely located holder, the display came on dim for
a split second then the rig went into operate.  This behavior is normal.  I
did a master CPU reset and reprogrammed my memories.
