[Kenwood] TS830 tuning.

	Hello Cleeve, do you have the same behaviour with a lower carrier level
setting? (a setting around tune levels). In many of this, for full power
into dummy load I've seen that Load control must be totally closed, but
just for dummy load only, in 80 meters. Anyway, Plate control must dip
properly (although less evident at full output).
