Larry,

One other alternative that has not been mentioned is the use of a "QSL
Service" provider.  I have used Les, WF5E DX QSL Service (and his
predecessors W3KT, and W7VRO/N7RO) for 25 years with very good results. 
It is much less expensive than the more traditional methods, but it takes
longer to get the responses.  Les has a website that will give you all
