Hi Larry, and Gang.
There is an article in the Rad Com this month about QSL sending, reading
between the lines it says a $ bill is more likely to bring a reply than a
IRC. I suppose it depends on how bad you want the card, there must be lots
that will not qsl with or without the $ bill. It often tells you on QRZ.COM,
they might have a manager that will tell you how to go about it. If anyone
in Florida wants my card, please send two flight tickets and the xyl and I
will deliver it. hi hi.
