[Kenwood] TS-430: No Output Power

With many thanks to Robie, AJ4F, my TS-430 will transmit again.  As 
suggested by Robie, Q21 on the IF unit was open after improperly inserting 
a plug into the transverter socket.

Now I have another, and probably related problem:  no output power.  Even 
after turning up the mic gain and carrier controls, and applying the mod I 
found in the archives (solder jumper wires from the bases of Q-4 and Q-5 to 
the appropriate ends of R-12 and R-13), there is no output power.

Any ideas or suggestions?
