Don,

What mode are you in?  If using CW there is a standard offset (800 Hz if I
remember correctly).  IF SSB check to make sure your  offsets (I forget what
it's called right now, Gee I hate getting old - is it TNX?) They are the
knobs and buttons on the top righ side of the rig.

Has anyone had the problem with the 830 not T/R on the same Freq.? what did
you find the trouble to be. Any help would be appricated.
