[Kenwood] TS930 output power - help please

If the radio does not develop full power there will not be an ALC reading.
Remember the ALC reading indicates how much the radio has to turn down to
maintain full power without exceeding it.

You need a scope to determine if the problem is in the signal unit or the
final unit. Look at the output from the signal unit and see if it drops as
you go higher in frequency.
