[Kenwood] Info on TS-700SP

I have a TS-700SP which, I have been told, had RF from a solid state PA
fed into the reciever input due to a relay failure. The transmitter
works fine but the receiver front-end is not operative. I have
determined that the IF stages (from the ceramic filter following the
MOSFET mixer on back) are working, so the problem is in the RF amp and
mixer area. I have replaced both these MOSFET's, with no positive
result. My question is:

What are the typical voltages on the 1S2208 varicap diodes in the
receiver front-end? The tech manual gives no information on these
voltage values...I am reading voltages (on receive) of about 7.0, 7.2,
7.4 and 7.6 volts for the 144 through 147MHz band segments,
respectively...is this in the ballpark?

Any assistance from the list, perhaps from someone who has had a similar
unfortunate experience, would be greatly appreciated!
