[Kenwood] Question on PLL unlock

Have a TS180 that has unlocked PLL on the 80 40 and and 1.5 bands.
All the other bands are fine.
VFO only shows dots on 80 40 and 1.5.
It was working fine the other night and then I heard nothing and saw unlocked 
condition.
I turned unit off and back on and everything was fine again.
Had unit on all day today and all fine.
I turned off rig and left it off for about 4 hours and when I turned it back 
on I got unlock and have not been able to restore function.
Any ideas?
