[Kenwood] need part for TS-450S/690S

Thanks to all that offered help and advice with my display problem.  I now
have a TS-450S parts rig to pilfer the display from.  If I get the parts
rig going I'll put my old display in it and post to the list first before
it goes to the Bay place.
