[Kenwood] Seek Ops of TS=511S and PS-511S

I dunno Mike...
The 511S is a cool rig. I have one that works fine.
It has similar features, but is all tubes (except I think the VFO)
Even the external power supply has a tube in it!!
It is as far from the HW101 as you can get!
It is stable, sensitive, good AGC, good noise blanker, excellant
readout...very similar
characteristics to the 520. I see it as a better performer than the the
KWM2A, but a step below a TR4CW/rit.
