[Kenwood] TS-450 PLL ?

I just opened my TS-870 and TS-950SDX ...same #@%*&* PLL /VCO2 in both of
them as well...at least I'll know what to do them in a few years 8^(
One of my fathers favorite sayings when I was a lad growing up was
"By making the same mistake over and over at least I was learning to do one
thing really well" .... seems to fit Kenwood here for sure.
