[Kenwood] TS930 S-Meter adjustments

My TS930S s-meter zero and sensitivity need to be adjusted but I am darned
if I can find which are the appropriate pots to do this.  My handbook says
VR2 is zero and VR3 is sensitivity.  The only board I can see which seems to
have VR2 and VR3 is the signal board and the service manual says these are
for something else entirely.

Can someone who has done the adjustment point me in the right direction
please?
