[Kenwood] Linear Help

I apologize for using the Kenwood site, but am in need
of some help with my linear.  Perhaps you couls direct
me where to turn to, or even better if you know the
answer.

I have a Amp Linear (!) LK500NTC.  This is a pair of
3-500Z in a "no tune" set up.  Instead of loading caps
etc and a single vaiable to tune with, each band has
it's own separate set of variables that once set, does
a fairly good job and you do not need to tune each
band.  set and forget.

I have two problems:

1  Anyone know the conversion to put this on 10
meters?

2  I replaced the finals a while back and now I notice
I have VERY low output on 160 meters.  I replaced with
3-500ZG which appear to work great except for the 160
meter band.  I can't honestly say this just happened
or it was alwyas like this.  Yes, i checked my dummy
load, tuning etc.  I put 100 watts in, get about 125
watts out!

Any help and or suggestions?
