[Kenwood] tw-4000a 2m/70cm dual bander

Hello to the list;
By chance is there someone out there with a copy of the operator's or 
service manual for the tw-4000a? I bought this one at a silent auction. It 
has some problems, but I want to use it for ARES work since it supposedly 
will put out 40 watts with only 7.5 amps of current. That makes it a little 
easier on the gel cells. The vs-1 seems to be dead or may be missing. 
Please reply direct if you can help, and thanks in advance for the
