[Kenwood] TS2000 and rigblaster connections

I have a question about connecting a rigblaster to a
Kenwood TS2000.  After looking at the instruction
manual, I am still confused.  It seems that the audio
in should go to pin 11 of the 13 pin DIN plug.  WHich
ground should be used as the mic ground-pin 4, 8, or
12?  All are listed as ground.  Also, which PTT pin is
better to use-Pin 9 or pin 13?  And which ground is
used for the PTT ground?

Would appreciate any help from someone who has
successfully connected the TS2000 already.  Looking to
use it for RTTY, PSK, Hellschreiber, and WSJT, all
soundcard based programs.
