[Kenwood] TS-2000 and PC control of memory

I have a new TS-2000 and using the memory control program from the
Kenwood website, I entered some data.  However, I can't get the radio to
accept the data transfer from the computer.   Is there a menu on the
TS-2000 that needs to be turned on?
