I went to the shack yesterday evening ( 3/23/14 @ 02:23 )and had no expectations of working anything significant.  I worked VU4K ( number 40 on the most wanted list) on 21.285 SSB listening up 5.  He was weak with a lot of QRN but I got him on the second or third call.  The QSL was confirmed on ClubLog about 15 minutes later.  He had uploaded about 2500 QSO's at that time.
