Do to the over whelming response of interest in the Kansas City DX Club -
W0CW  establishing a Field Day Site / Event we will be bring this topic up
at the next club meeting.  There seems to be a lot of people who are
interested in doing this and as such it would be nice to set our eyes on
next year for 2012 to establishing a site/ops/etc.    We do realize there
are members who have no interest in this what so ever and that is fine as
well, just close your eyes and look the other way.  The rest, we would love
to hear from you about some ideas, thoughts, goals, equipment, sites, just
other aspects of the event that you would like to see and do.  Thanks for
everyone's input.

 

PS: Still waiting for someone to step up to the plate with some sort of
presentation going forward for after the W0DXCC convention.  If you have
something you would like to do for a presentation, please get with me I will
be more than happy to help you setup the presentation, Power points, videos,
photos, whatever help you need in setting it up.  Get a hold of me or Tom
N0AG.    (done asking, now I'm begging.  People need to start stepping up to
the table and doing some of these presentations for the club, let me hear
from you.)
