[KCDXC] ST0R

I am having the most trouble working STØR on 40 CW.  They are not very strong in 
the evening and I am having a heck of a time finding the frequency they are 
listening on.  Also, there are more clowns than ever on the STØR transmit 
frequency randomly keying.

Russ KØVXU has worked them on 40 and I am jealous!  Russ, what is your secret?
