[KCDXC] KCDXC Special club meeting announcement

Club Members,

As Club President I call for a special meeting of all members to discuss
issues being presented to the club members.

Meeting will be held:

Place:   Johnson County Library
Time:    6 to 8:30 pm
Date:    Monday January 12, 2009

Issues to be addressed:

- Open discussion of the clubs current and future accounting practices

- Review of detailed expense reports/records/receipts for KCDXC financial
year 2008

- Review a detailed listing of current paid memberships and non-paid
memberships

- Review of detailed (not bank statement) record of all incomes, donations
(by whom), contributions including
  annual dues (by member) and additions donations which may have been made
by any and all club members and affiliates.

- Itemized receipts for all payments (reimbursements) made on the behalf of
the KCDXC to it's members and officers

- Review in detail all other club non-cash assets, who has it, how we handle
them and store and secure them.
