I am really sorry about this reflector, it is rejecting as many as it is forwarding. It may have something to do with the recent changes with the ISP, but it rejecting many, mine too.

Rick noted that if he replied to a post, it went through. If he poriginated a post, it rejected. Sometimes the sender knows and sometimes he doesn't. 

I didn't engineer this thing, I just try to keep the messages moving.
