As has been done for the last 4 years, I will be leading a group consisting
of

to work for ICOM at Dayton. We will be erecting the US Tower MTU (Mobile
Tower Unit) at the front entrance to Hara Arena. We will install a SteppIR
Dream Beam and connect it to an ICOM HF transceiver in the main ICOM booth.
We will also power up all of the display radios in the main booth and also
“booth 2” for ICOM so you can stop by and see working radios.

 

We will be at Hara Arena on Wednesday doing the outside work and Thursday
doing the inside booth work. 

 

Because of our solid relationship with ICOM, we will be going to their “ICOM
Dealer Dinner” again this year. 2007 it was at the Air Force Museum. NØEUH
took a bunch of photos and can share them with you if you like. 2008 it was
at the Dayton Museum of Art. This year it will be at the “Packard Museum”.
Any self respecting gearhead would kill for that visit. We went there in
2006 and the backroom tour was a real treat. By the way when Packard went
broke the government didn’t bail them out.

 

All of us will have our ICOM orange shirts on so you should have no problem
