In an effort to aquifer another DXCC QSL checker in the area we,=20
the Kansas City DX Club, are establishing a second club in Missouri.

We need 25 members to qualify as a DX club with over half being=20
ARRL members, this gets checked.

For our first, and possibility last ballot,
