[KCDXC] Pecular/Stet DX Club

 V31LW-this is a call to keep... Will try to listen
for you on Sat,probably from Stet. Keep updated on
time. 
 About DXCC checker-I got my DXCC today online via
LOTW in 10 minutes. Had completed 5BDXCC from EU and
US, but had never try to get all QSL's via 'green
snail' mail. 
 LOTW and similars is the way, at least for me. Will
support DXCC checker idea anyways.
