[KCDXC] Ethics, Rules, Regulations..Oh My!

Thanks Marty.  No..not a record setter.  First 50
minutes might have been 12 stations, half of which
were from California.  So what's the penalty?

Here's my operating:

"W6ABC, thanks, Jim Kansas"

(Kids from the other room:  "Dad, come here!  Noah cut
his foot!")

Come back 5 minutes later and..

"N6XYZ, thanks, Jim Kansas"

(Kids from the other room:  "Dad, the dog got into the
trash!")

etc etc etc.

P.S.  It is a stupid rule to limit time in a contest. 
I don't understand the reasoning, if someone can
explain it.  If the contest is 12 hours..it should be
12 hours.
