[KCDXC] NAQP SSB Signup

Put me on a KCDX Club team for the SSB NAQP.
I will pass on the SMC and submit my score for KCDXC. I should be good for
100k + points in a full time effort (better if conditions are as good as cw
weekend).
Great to see all the KCDX Club activity.
