[KCDXC] NAQP SSB Signup

Put me down for a very light effort after I get back from the St. Joe hamfest. 

I still haven't taken the rig out of the carrying case from our ND trip -- and
the desk space previously reserved for it has been taken over by all sorts of
other things. Kind of like a creeping fungus...
