????addressed to KCDXC Officers????? I guess that means me, unless
N0UF and NX0I will be there. KB0U has a lot to get ready as it is.

Now, I will ask the usual question....

Are there any volunteers who can take any of these ideas and run with
it?

ZERO Bureau Stamp and envelope fund  (KB0U will need help)

KCDXC DXPed Fund

Inviting some of the other Bureau's to the suite. (Can you do an email
campaign?)

Inviting QSL managers to the suite (AK0A, K4SV could bring cards, to
name a couple. I'm sure they will need help, so step up)

CD's of pileup for sale on site (If N0SS will get it to me, I'll make
50 of them).

Have a way to collect money

Friday nite may be a challenge due to the DX dinner, but there could
be a rush after 2200. Naps might be in order.

I'm also looking for a volunteer(s) to help design and implement a
certificate for the Pileup Contest. I'm sure we will have a couple of
printers and laptops, but we need a member to take control of this.

At this point I expect the usual volunteers to help with the
hospitality suite on Saturday nite: K0LW, N0SS, KD0FW, KB0U, K0VBU, KB0VVT,
KG0UT, KG0US, KC0COP, W0MCJ, W0OGE, and the lovely Kathy(xyl of
KI7WO). These are the folks that work EVERY year to help bring the
Saturday evening suite together. I know I have missed a few, but
forgive me.

The buro idea may be well suited for Friday nite and Saturday nite. We
should all come to the next meeting on the 28th of April with ideas
and plans formulated.

Anymore ideas???? Come on guys lets make this Dayton suite the best
ever, lend a hand.
