[KCDXC] Dayton 1st Evening

KCDXC Officers,

Although I will not be attending Dayton this year.
Now would be a good time to think about what (or who) you'll be inviting for
the 1st night.
Since AK0A has ties with the OY guys... you may be able to get them to
distribute cards at the suite Friday night.
There have been several other good DXPed's as well.
And you may even invite some of the managers.
KU9C is always trying to get rid of cards durting Dayton.
Maybe consider inviting some of the other Bureau's to the suite.
That would be impressive.. All USA Bureau's in one suite at one time.. with
several DXPed managers as well.
This could become a yearly event.
The whole suite lined with Card tables.. Managers and DXPed handshakers
behind the desks (everyone likes to shake the hand of a "celeb")
ADVERTISE! Come to the KCDXC Suite for QSL cards from OY, VP?, HH, Etc.
Get it in the Show Program for Friday night events. THINK BIG!
Have a way to collect money.. people are more apt to give money if there is
an easy way.
ZERO Bureau Stamp and envelope fund... KCDXC DXPed Fund...
Send a letter now.. to those managers, provide a table, chair and some free
drink for the managers.
