After a month in Detroit last year, I knew that I would not be able to a
good job with the suite in Dayton the next year. So I let it be known that
would not and could not the main man this year. The suite suffered alittle
this year with prizes and no rooms for the late night folks, but that was
predicted.
I will try to work out a deal with the Crown Plaza folks this week.

Ok, Obviously I didn't know all that.
Is that or have these items been anyone's responsibility in the past?
I recognize that I have come into the picture in a rebuilding year.
I'm not trying to hang anyone.. but would writing some kind of officer,
committee men responsibilities be out of the question?
President promotes club.. looks for next president.. does PR work.
VP... schedules monthly topics.. ETC ETC?
I just assumed that since the club put on the event that you had some rooms.
I realize that last year you had to economize with shared rooms.
Let's try to move back up the food chain.
Tom
