[KCDXC] May 2002 contests and other stuff

The club has sponsored the award for over 20 years! It's all band single op,
the top op, the elite of the elite.
It is very difficult to gain sponsorship for one of these awards. You
can't just jump and choose what one we like. K0CS worked very hard for
several years to get this award sponsorship. I recommend we continue right
where we are. Without the friendship of N8BJQ, we would have nada.
