CW WW WPX will be tough after a trip to Dayton....
I'm not sure how much I can help so here are my options which is preffered.
A- Operate when I can giving time as I can (I will pitch in something)
B- Offer my station to another club member for them to operate
C- Combine forces with one or more members for a multi single
(all the big antennas are down) tribander and wires is an accurate depiction
of the station now.
Any feelings?
I noticed that the KCDXC is sponsoring a plaque for Contest DX Pedition
Single OP single band USA (but what band/?)
This is something that should be.. . publicized... your money at work for
the betterment of..
It would be nice to know that the plaques exist (bring them to a meeting)
And Know who will be awarded the plaque (also good meeting and newsletter
material)
I don't know who is responsible for deciding on what sponsorships the club
is going to do..
but in my opinion it should be an award that a KCDXC member or group of
members might try to win.
We are in our enfatuation stage.. I hope the energy can endure.. don't let
your guard down..
Ask not what your club can do for you... but what you can do for your club..
