the best thing on the certificate is to buy them already made from
Xpedx paper and graphics, between 18th and 19th and Grand, KC.  Get the
kind that are laser compatible, with NO "silver" or "gold" particles
on them.  Then just set up a word processor and laser printer (or ink
jet, etc)
to write whatever you want written on it....

I already have some the "gold" certificates...no good for a laser
printer, but
will work with say a bubble jet, etc.  can donate to our club if anyone
is willing to do the work.
