I think this is a great Idea.
Very short time frame, but possible with lots of work.

Some things to consider (not in any order):

Lee, K0LW - can reflectors be established in your system(better control)like
the one we had for V31?
I see one for just the W0DXCC Committee Members, non members by committee
approval only.
The second for everybody else, this one could be on qsl.net.

Are all DX/Contest Clubs in Zero Land to be included in the planning and
hopefully profits?

What facility are we using this year?

Will W0DXCC be in Des Moines, then KC, then Omaha, then Denver, then Mpls?

How much of the W0DXCC are going to be convention and how much, if any,
Hamfest?

Hamfest questions:
Are we going to be ARRL sanctioned?
http://www.arrl.org/FandES/field/hamfests/
Should we be sanctioned anyway to help protect the date?
We'll need to know prices for tables and admission asap so letters can go
out to the commercial dealers.
How many commercial and flea market table are available?

We'll need to know prices for admission asap so we can start advertising.
With e-mail, the magazines can get by with about 60 days (July 28Th) notice.

As for speakers, we have several who are very qualified in the 0 District.
Ralph K0IR, Bill AK0A from TI9M and Glenn W0GJ/A52GJ come to mind right
away. Wayne Mills, N7NG gave an excellent presentation at the Missouri
Section Hamfest in May about the upcoming e-logs the ARRL is going to be
using.

What hotels are close and can we get a package for a lower rate?

What is the structure/who are the members of the W0DXCC Committee?
chairman, publicity, prices, flea market, commercial booths, location,
hotels
