The Call Sign for Station A will be W0AR
The Call Sign for Station B will be W0NA

There will be a sign up sheet at the operating desk for anyone who wishes to
operate
The list has Times and Stations with a place for call sign.
Any member can stop in and sign up for a time.. as early as tonight AFTER
setup.
No member will be allowed to occupy 2 consecutive hours unless.. there are
no other operators available.
The starting time is 6 AM and the closing time (TBD) shortly after dusk
If there is an overflow of operators (I kinda doubt that) then let's break
it down further to 1/2 hour increments.
When W0AR shows up he has prefered operating priviledges and can chose to
operate when he wishes.

Since Bob (N0UF) has stepped forward to help, he will have his choice of
radios to begin the contest with any radios on the used shelf. Last I saw
was a IC756, a Kenwood 870.. lots of older Kenwoods.
I will bring a 1000MP for the second station.
If you absolutely want to use your radio, bring it with.. the operator at
the time will get to use the radio of his choice at station A

I have 3 ProSets, 2 footswitches.. DOES ANYONE HAVE A Splitter for the
headsets. (so multiple folks can listen)
Y adapter I think it's called..
I have all the Dunestar filters. One (using the MP) will be Automatic the
other will have to be switched out manually by band
All the setup will be done ahead of time.
Computer software will be Writelog on both computers.. 1-19" monitor and
CPU, 1 laptop computer,
It's easy to learn.. just enter the call and the exchange.. if there are any
problems, someone will be there to help.

I've heard alot of good PR about the weekend.. I hope we have a nice
turnout.
Have I missed or forgotten anything? I don't suppose we have a banner to set
up out front do we?
