You could pay some of the MO folk to move to KS. The payment might be too
large for the treasury, though... I know I'd want a huge payment!

KCDXC..

I was wondering what we could do to encourage more participation in Kansas?
I'm sure by now you've looked at the contest statistics enough to recognize
that KS members were fewer in quantity (I won't speak of the other 1/2 of
the equation, AK0A is listening) then the MO members. I know 10 to 9 isn't a
huge difference however, the club is "registered" in KS (although the club
Pres., V-P, Secretary and Treasurer and meeting sites are in MO). I think if
KS members are going to pull their equal share, we may have to require
something MORE from them. I'm sure a extra fee wouldn't fly very well...
perhaps a requirement that 1/2 the officers are from KS would work? Maybe
some of you have some ideas? I would think about providing incentives.. but
they already live on the wealthier side, the side with more jobs, and most
of their foul wind blows our way! What's your take?
