[KCDXC] 160M for those who wonder

ARRL defined DX window for 160m contest:1830-1835.
For daily operation ARRL says DX window is
1830-1840(US calling DX?), but a lot of people using
1820-1830(DX calling US).
Looks more like UP and DOWN links for me, just like
PCS..
By the way, what is our exchange for the test 599 MO
and 599 KS?
