[KCDXC] Log submitted

WHOA!!
Of all the contests I have entered since the 90's I have submitted my own
logs, as has everyone else. And since the secretary is usually handling
personal things, we SHOULD submit them ourselves. I see no problem in doing
that. Geez, another thread.
