QSL.NET uses an anti-spam service - Spamcop.Net. If a particular
server is used to spam Spamcop logs it. It doesn't matter whether the
server is usually "legit" or not. If it's on Spamcop's list then it's
rejected. I believe the error message says something like "user
unknown." This might help explain this problem. It happens to me
often.
