Yes, Frank was there when I was. He taught receivers--somewhere around 
the 20th week or so.  He was also the petty officer in the hamshack.  
After I got out of the navy in 1965, I finished my BSEE degree. My first 
job was at Radiation, Inc, (now Harris Semiconductor) in Melbourne, FL.  
Frank was the head lab technician and Whit Cotten was a design engineer. 
I worked there until 1974, when I changed jobs.
