MARS members (Bill included) are not allowed to
disclose operating frequencies.  This is due to OPSEC
(Operational Security), and is a blanket order for
most of the armed forces.  While, in reality, nothing
really "secret" are discussed on the MARS nets, the
Navy considers all their communications the same, be
it MARS or highly secure EKMS traffic, thus the
policy.

Bill's not trying to act "special" by not telling you
