Alan,  there isn't USCG security in the housing area. 
The Novato police rarely patrol since it's such a
quiet area - the neigbors really look out for each
other.

All the kids did was melt some ropes with some
matches, probably not unlike many things we did as a
child.  I'll try to climb tomorrow to rescue the 80M
dipole; no promises that I'll feel comfortable enough
to make it up high enough to reach the rope.  My son
will be my ground support.
