[K6BW] Damage at K6BW

What did the Police say when this was reported to them?    Or is the 
Coast Guard the agency in charge?   In either case hope they are aware 
and perhaps add the hill to their security route.   Even a member 
heading up the hill after school hours--without a car--might discourage
